Follow file links and add them to the archive

I tested the conversion tool by using the torture test files (http://www.geditcom.com/gedcom.html) and found that the file links are not parsed correctly. The file entries are simply missing.
It would be a good enhancement to not only read the entries correctly, but also add the linked resources to the archive.

Okay, I missed the list in the status section of README.md. But it is still a good addition to the converter.
