tooltip issue

• i don't know why a big space is shown here, but i'm pretty sure this is a problem with ORGM.
  because this happens only with ORGM items

The mod uses completely custom tooltip drawing, re-implementing the java functions to a lua format. Its less of a problem, more of a design choice.
A buffer zone to separate the list of weapon attachment names (shown below the stats bars) from any custom tooltip text for the item.

Ideally it could probably be handled better, but current the tooltip additions in the current version are more prototype then finished design.

• ok, just I have some problems.

• in my mod, I call ISToolTipInv.render method, everything in vanilla item is normal, but an exception occurs in ORGM item
