netMHC mouse allele names wrong

As @christopher-mohr pointed out the mouse allele names for netMHC and netMHCpan seem to be wrong, i.e. should be 'H-2-Db' 'instead of 'H2-Db'.

I think this is not urgent at the moment but should be fixed at some point.
