+# Updating Team Registration Form
+
+Use these steps to reset the team registration form and link it to a new season spreadsheet.
+
+1. Go to the team registration Google Form link (from the current season mentor resources).
+2. Click the pencil icon.
+3. Go to **Responses**.
+4. Click the three dots (`⋮`) → **Unlink form**.
+5. Click the three dots (`⋮`) → **Delete all responses**.
+6. Click **Link to Sheets**.
+7. Set the title to the upcoming season (example: `[YEAR] Team Registration`).
+8. Click **Create**.
+9. Click **View in Sheets**.
+10. In Google Sheets, go to **File** → **Move**.
+11. Choose `[YEAR] Season Files` → `_MENTOR ONLY - DO NOT SHARE`.
+    - `[YEAR]` should be the current/upcoming season year (example: `2026 Season Files`).
