What happened?
After doing the Klikk fight after the Rikku recruitment cutscene, Rikku will don her wetsuit and we forget her name.
We should attempt to rectify this by conditionally (depending on whether the recruitment cutscene has happened) not allowing the game to write the "????" name or resetting it immediately after it is written.
Additionally, I believe Rikku starts the game without her wetsuit if she is acquired before the Klikk fight. We could also put Rikku in her wetsuit state initially (until the recruitment cutscene.)
