App Component: Money Requests

Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to workspace chat.
3. Create a manual expense without receipt.
4. Open the expense.
5. Add a receipt.
   → A blank preview is shown after loading indicator disappears, then the receipt appears.
6. Add one more expense to the report.
7. Delete the expense from Step 6.
   → The receipt loads again.

Expected Result:

In Step 5, after adding a receipt, no blank preview will be shown.

In Step 7, after deleting expense, the receipt from the other expense will be cached and will not reload.

Actual Result:

In Step 5, after adding a receipt, a blank preview is shown after loading indicator disappears, then the receipt appears.

In Step 7, after deleting expense, the receipt from the other expense loads again.
