No BlackHole on Audio MIDI. (MacOS Big Sur)

Describe the bug

I tried for about an hour trying to fix this myself and looking through different websites but cant seem to find how to fix it. When going yo audio midi setup blackhole doesn't show up, and i'm not sure why. If theres something im not understanding please tell me.

Reproduction Steps

1. downloading black hole
   2.open audio midi
   3.its not there

Expected Behavior

I thought blackhole was supposed to just be there when you open audio midi from what ive seen online but it wont show up for me.
