Fix of Android SDK validation (>= 21) error not available with the npm package

Hi,
I use this Nativescript plugin, it's very a good job, congratulations. But the fix of the problem mentioned here : #12 for this error : ERROR Error: java.lang.NoSuchFieldError: no static field with name='LOLLIPOP' signature='I' in class Landroid/os/Build$VERSION_CODES; is not available with the npm package.
