Fails to build due to cylouvain not building

The WaveMAP_Paper package fails to rebuild on github and cannot be installed on my machine because of an upstream bug in cylouvain. That package seems to have been abandoned. Might it be an idea to use another louvain implementation in WaveMAP?

Not abandoned! The author is just lazy 🥲. I will find a new implementation of Louvain or transition it to Leiden/ECG. I have also had problems with this privately!
