[Bug] Edit Mode on New Note

When I start a new note, I should not need to click change to Edit Mode. My only options in the plugin settings are Reading, Source Mode, Live Preview

New notes start in an editable form

Both Source Mode and Live Preview are actually types of edit mode. But the problem is that that setting doesn't actually work. I guess I just never removed it thinking that I would eventually fix it. I think that the setting under Settings -> Editor -> Default view for new tabs might override this. I can try to look into this further, but it may take a bit as I am working on other things at the moment.
