[Bug] Changing timezone causes Obsidian to spam messages

Describe the bug

I am in -4 timezone, but I had an event happen in the past in -5 timezone. When I name the file 2014-05-31_1330-0500 vs 2014-05-31_1330-0400 I get errors (see Screenshots) and the calendar disappears.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

0. New Daily Note is set to YYYY/M-MMMM/YYYY-MM-D_HmmZZ
1. Create a new note
2. Change the timezone in the header (e.g. -0400 to -0500)
3. See error

Expected behavior

I expect it to support timezones

Hello. I never considered this might become an issue.

The way that Diarian handles fetching notes is through checking the note path. This issue you have may be resolved if I implement the fix I was considering for issue #84, but other than that, maybe I can implement it matching something different when your time zone is in your note name.

It may take a bit before I get to this, as I am working on a lot of other things currently.
