<div class="ptag"><p>How can I book a workspace?</p><a id="myShow_6">+</a></div>

<li>Before you can book for a workspace either online or onsite, you need to first register to obtain your membership ID through Register button on https://workspace.marketleag.com. After your membership is confirmed, you would need to login to your account where you would be able to make booking.</li>
<li>Along with you booking request, you would need to make payment to the account details that pops up with your booking information when you click Confirm button on the booking page, and send your evidence of payment to <a href="mailto:mypay4space@marketleag.com">mypay4space@marketleag.com.</a></li>
<li><em><b>Note: your payment needs to be confirmed before your booking would be scheduled. </b></em></li>

<div class="ptag"><p>At what point do I need to make payment to secure a workspace?</p><a id="myShow_7">+</a></div>

<li>You would need to make payment along with your booking simultaneously. After you have selected your hours, days, weeks, or months, then click the <b>Confirm</b> button on the booking page and pay into the account details that pops up with booking information.</li>

<div class="ptag"><p>What is the next thing to expect after I have made payment?</p><a id="myShow_8">+</a></div>

<li>Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive confirmatory message from the Admin, along with your payment receipt, indicating that your booking has been scheduled and the space is secured for you.</li>
<li>You are expected to come to the workspace with the receipt on the date you choose to commence the usage. The usage will be tracked digitally for transparency and accountability. </li>

<li>You can only pay directly to the account at the moment using our account details on your booking information. We are making provision to integrate other payment method soonest.</li>

<div class="ptag"><p>Can I cancel a booking after it has been scheduled?</p><a id="myShow_10">+</a></div>

<li>Yes, you can! But any supposed cancellation must be done latest by 24 hour before the usage commenced. </li>
<li>You can reschedule another period after cancellation, but cannot be refunded in cash. </li>

<li>You can confirm whether you have been scheduled only after you have made payment through any of the following media:</li>

<li>Confirmatory message from Admin,</li>
<li>View status on the booking page, or</li>
<li>You can send us message if you cannot ascertain your status through any of the options above.</li>

<li>There are no hidden fees or additional expenses unless otherwise agreed upon. Such as printing, mailing services or additional meeting room hours above your membership allotment.</li>

<li>This is how we are different from other coworking space around. We allow to around membership plan at will to accommodate the possible change in the time requirement completing their task. For example, if you book for hourly plan, and situation arise that makes you to spend the whole day working instead of few hours during the day, you will automatically qualify for a discount that brings you to same rate as daily plan. Same continues for other plans.</li>

<li>We do not have any form of mandatory for our space. We operate a usage-based system that allows members the flexibility of choose plan according to their budget and the time requirement of their work.</li>

<li>We only require upfront payment for the period you are booking for. However, if member wish to make deposit to be used later, we also assist to take custody against usage.</li>

<li>We do not have traditional leases for our spaces, we have a membership agreement for use of the space.</li>

<li>Yes, we offer free parking onsite.</li>

<li>We don't charge for a membership until you are ready to use it, generally when you are ready to join, come in and see us to get you going.</li>

<li>If you are a Flexible Desk member you can put your membership on hold. If you have a Private Office or Dedicated Desk you cannot as we are not able to hold a dedicated desk or office.</li>

<li>Yes, you can share an office but we don’t split office cost. One person has to be the paying member and is responsible for the term agreement for the office, regardless if the person you are sharing with leaves.</li>

<li>Yes, you must have a Marketleag Workspace membership to make regular bookings in our meeting rooms. We do allow full day bookings for non-members on a case by case basis.</li>

<li>Once you have your membership setup and you can only book directly onsite at the moment. We are making plan to making booking available on the app soonest. </li>

<li>You can absolutely bring clients in for a meeting, we do ask that you book a meeting room if you plan on meeting longer than 30 minutes.</li>

<li>Tours must be booked in advance so that we can make sure someone is available to show you around and answer any questions you may have. </li>

<li>If you would like to bring a guest with you to work in our space you will have to pay for a day pass for them on your member account.</li>

<li>We always try to accommodate our members growth within our spaces, however if your team grows large enough that you can no longer fit in our space please discuss with management as we may be able to build a custom space for you.</li>

<li>The businesses that aren't a good fit for Marketleag Workspace would be retail, and other related businesses. The type of businesses that are appointment base or have frequent traffic in and out of the space. There are spaces that allow these types of businesses and if you are looking for that we can point you in the right direction.</li>

<li>Come in for a tour of our space and try it out for the day for FREE. Meet some of our members, enjoy some coffee and conversation, then decide if you'd like to join. Remember there is no long-term commitment needed, try it for a month and if it's not for you, you do not have to stay.</li>
