We will also need to share with the journal when the pipeline steps were conducted as evidence that we did it after approval of the intro/methods of the study. Back then, you told me that it was not easy to extract this information. Something I thought as solution is the following:
Could we change the gears so that it saves in the log files the timing in which it was conducted and then we can also save all the log files of the batch in zip folder? This is just an idea maybe you have better ideas to do this.
