In a party with 2 CORs, if COR1 busts a roll, they will receive one less Phantom Roll effect from every source COR and not just themselves. In this example, I busted a Fighter's Roll on COR 1. COR 2 did Healer's Roll, giving both COR the buff. A minute later, COR 2 did Chaos Roll, giving themselves both buffs but COR 1 was left with their own bust effect and COR 2's 2nd roll, Chaos Roll only and lost Healer's Roll:
The same is true in a party with a COR and a person subbing COR. A bust effect on the COR main job will make it that the person subbing COR and using Phantom Roll will have the person get no effect instead:
This seems very wrong and I don't remember it happening before the latest patch. I am pretty sure Bust is supposed to reduce the amount of effects you can give yourself but shouldn't affect how many buffs other people can layer on you. Wording on various wikis is kind of vague, but BG wiki specifically says Bust affects how many rolls you can give yourself:

and I asked a friend to test on retail quickly with a COR Trust:
I would expect a busted COR to get one buff effect from themselves, and a normal amount from other COR or /COR in party.
