This survey has two answers for "How many hours did it take you to catch these fish? (excluding travel time)?". The first answer is 3 and the second is 12.
The answer that should have followed these two was for the question "what was the weight initially". This answer is missing.
There's likely a bug occurring. One possibility is the surveyor answered the # of hours, backed up and changed the answer. This in turn didn't overwrite the previous response and somehow ended up skipping the question that follows. That or the surveyor was allowed to skip the initial weight question at that point and didn't answer it.
Currently I don't know how to reproduce this but the final result is clear.
