In some cases, it seems that on Android, after playing a first game and then another, the second game ends up using the save folder of the previous game (both for reading and writing).
From what I tested, this doesn't seem to affect all games (FOG, EasyRPG Test Suites and PURPLEARC were unaffected; meanwhile, Yume 2kki and Uneven Dream were affected by that issue. As those two are rather heavy games compared to the others, the size factor may have something to do with it).
When a game is affected by this issue, if it is the first game launched in the session, nothing particular will occur (the game will work correctly, no issue for saving and loading).
However, if a game was launched before it during the session, when booting the game, it will use the save files from the previous game instead of its own save files (it seems to use the save folder of the previous game rather than just the save files, if you attempt to save, the save will be made in the folder of the previous game).
The actual save folders do not seem to realyl be important in the issue: I do not have any save file for Yume 2kki but I do have one for Uneven Dream; the issue occurs whether the first game has save files or does not have ones.
