Discussions can work well, but it helps to have some defined flow. For example, in some some projects everything starts as a discussion, then when some definable proposal emerges, an issue is made, and the actual implementation is done in a pull request. In CF, we are a bit more messy just due to the long history. Proposals can start in a few places, but discussions IMO are always a good entry point. |
