Hey, thanks for your work on this valuable QC code, and for making it available on github.
It's working well for me now, but I had some initial problems getting the qc images generated with matlab - it seems I was using too old a version of matlab (9.2.0), when I ran it again with 9.5.0 it worked fine.
The error produced with v.9.2.0 was:
matlab: eval: line 1691: syntax error near unexpected token `('
I suspect it may be related to inter-version changes in how the matlab -batch commandline option works, but I'm no matlab expert.
It could also be an unrelated to ENIGMA issue - perhaps to do with the local setup of matlab modules on my cluster, but I've not previously had problems.
