Odd character appearing in pagination controls

🐛 Describe the Bug

A capital letter A with a circumflex accent, Â, appears in the pagination controls on the UI. See the screenshot:

Put steps to reproduce the behavior here, including URLs, such as

1. Go to https://edrn-labcas.jpl.nasa.gov/
2. Log in
3. View pagination controls

🔎 Expected Behavior

Remove the Â and we should be good 😇
