LabCAS download status bar not updating during Aspera downloads

## 🐛 Describe the Bug

@yuliujpl  While downloading files via Aspera Connect, the LabCAS download status bar appears stuck/not updating even though the transfer is progressing in Aspera Connect. See screenshot comparing Aspera Connect monitor vs LabCAS status bar.
