Investigate different pathology image viewer to be integrated into LabCAS

David mentioned a different path image viewer and I have seen on the OHIF site that it supports pathology slide images. Please investigate and look at integrating a new viewer. The viewer will need to support svs, scn and also annotation files.

@nutjob4life, with Minerva, we need LabCAS backend to help server Minerva-ready pathology assets. The UI can launch Minerva when a file record exposes MinervaStoryURL, MinervaExhibitUrl, or a session endpoint such as MinervaStorySessionURL.

Here is the backend pipeline:

1. Install Python deps from Minerva Backend/requirements.txt.
2. Run python3 "Minerva Backend/prepare_minerva_assets.py" --output-root --public-story-root --manifest <manifest.json>.
3. Serve each generated story directory through authenticated HTTPS, including exhibit.json, thumbnail.jpg, and images/.../*.jpg tiles.
4. Add the generated exhibit URL back onto the LabCAS file metadata as MinervaStoryURL or MinervaExhibitUrl.
5. Use the existing LabCAS backend api auth checks for accessing both exhibit.json and tile URLs.

I also rendered flat/single-frame TIFFs files as well, so please feel free to include those, they will be flat/single instead of whole-slide pathology pyramids. I did not find QPTIF or OME-TIFF examples in the searched LabCAS records, if there's any issues with those files, I can help improve the code.

@yuliujpl I'm going to copy/paste your comment and make it an issue in the LabCAS backend repository so the issue can live with the code and take advantage of the GitHub shortcuts/timesavers.
