The way it is currently setup is if dataset name is the same as the collection name (published in the backend of edrn-labcas):
Autoantibody_Biomarkers/Autoantibody_Biomarkers/%5C(By%20Batch%5C)14-3-3.pdf
Then all files underneath would show up in collection level and there's no redundant dataset name underneath the collection. If we want to change each of those dataset names to something else, it will automatically show up as a dataset. If we want to keep the datasetname the same as the collectionname, then I can rewrite the code logic to display dataset names with the same collection names instead.
Please let me know your preference and I can certainly modify frontend code or we can ask Sean to rename datasets in the backend,
