Error on non_image_dicom_v1 that is requiring a min file size, however it should be 0 bytes

@nutjob4life Getting an error on a file that is a non_image_dicom_v1 (SOP Class UID = 1.2.840.10008.5.1.4.1.1.88.59 allows a minimum file size = 0 bytes.

However, seeing an error on PMRI Site = uDUsCV9ikmtw

@hoodriverheather thank you so much for mentioning a specific file name (1 in this case); it really reduces the time to reproduce, diagnose, and fix issues.

I could not reproduce the issue, but I noted that when I ran it, the profile the validator chose for 1 was non_image_dicom_v1.

What report file are you looking at where you saw this error that the file was flagged as too small? Was it Prostate_MRI-20260529.zip from this comment?

If so, the profile in that older report is other_image_v1, which has a min file size of 7.5 kB.

This would mean that the file size is not the problem, but the profile determination was incorrect.
