Alter display of Biomarkers on the portal

Based on a discussions with NCI during the monthly Biomarker Bioinformatics meeting (2026-07-09) and a follow-on talk with @dcrichto1, @hoodriverheather, and @nutjob4life (2026-07-15), we will make the following changes to the display of biomarkers in the EDRN portal:

• Compute phases on name-organs to count only for the phase in which it appears; phase 3 should be phase 3 only, not +1 to phase 3 and +1 to phase 2 and +1 to phase 1
• "Search titles" in the data table search box should be "Search biomarker names"
• In each row in the data table, make separate rows for each organ and remove the organ column; the phase display should be for that name-organ pair; e.g., for CA125, show three rows, one for CA125-Breast @ phase 3, one for CA125-Ovary @ phase 4, and one for CA125-Pancreas @ phase 3
• Add a link near the top of the biomarker index page to the Five Phase page
• Add total number of biomarker-organs prominently

Presented during the 2026-07-21 staff call with one request from @dcrichto1: put the total number of biomarkers-organs prominently some place on the page, as that is a major selling point of the network.
