If you change the file paths using the Unraid Docker GUI, the container will break and Web UI will not be accessible via either HTTP or HTTPS. Disabling VPN does not resolve this issue nor does disabling HTTPS. You also cannot reboot the container. I notice in the logging, the PID would normally display a number but after changing the file path, it no longer does. The only way to fix the issue is to uninstall the entire container and delete its folder from appdata to fix file pathing issues. Just a pain for Sonarr and Radarr that like specific file pathing.
