Variety Of Sound plugins (epicCLOUDS (64) and epicPLATEmkII (64)) are wrongly listed as missing after scanning Reaper projects

These plugins are found by the plugins scan, and the projects that reference them open just fine in Reaper, but OwlPlug wrongly lists those plugins as "missing" for those same Reaper projects. This is on Windows 11.

Thanks for reporting this! To help diagnose the issue with the Reaper resolver, could you share a bit more detail?

• Plugins tab: What state are the missing plugins shown in?
  • Active (green dot)
  • Installed (light green dot)
  • Unscannable/Error (red dot)
• Projects tab: What are the exact names of the plugins reported as missing?

Screenshots of both tabs would also be a big help if you're able to share them. 🙂

They show as "Installed" (light green dot). The plugin names are exactly as I typed them in the issue title.

I'll try to get you screenshots tomorrow.

If plugins are in the state "Installed" and not "Active", partial metadata has been extracted, which can limit the capabilities of the Reaper resolver. For plugins not in the state "Active", the resolver falls back to pure filename proximity with limited accuracy.

In the list of missing plugins, I guess we have some impacted by #513 ?
