Goal

The Power page (docs/build/dual-display/power.md) has a ## Power requirements section whose body is literally just TODO — visible to every visitor on the live site. This section is linked from the FAQ and the BOM, so users are sent directly to an empty section.

TODO

Renders on the live site as a heading followed by the word "TODO". The FAQ links to build/dual-display/power.md#power-requirements and the BOM references it too.

Acceptance criteria

• The "Power requirements" section contains actual content (current draw figures, inrush notes, recommended PSU specs per build size)
• OR the heading is removed and the FAQ/BOM links are updated to point elsewhere
• No "TODO" text visible on the live site
• mkdocs build --strict passes

Constraints

• The #power-requirements anchor is referenced by the FAQ — either preserve it or update all links
