Describe the bug
When watching WWE Monday Night Raw, Friday Night Smackdown or any of the PLEs they frequently have ad breaks. On RAW they always have at least something in them but on Smackdown it's often just a "we'll be right back" screen for about 3-4 minutes. As of this week Netflix has blocked skipping ahead it seems and I'm now forced to spam the right arrow key in order to skip through the nothingness that they call "ads".
The "skip ads" feature of this plugin doesn't seem to do anything here, I'm still forced to watch the non-ads. note that the videos were originally livestreamed.
To Reproduce
Watch any episode of WWE programming, currently Friday Night Smackdown, and observe how even with "skip ads" turned on it will still show the ad breaks (whether it's an actual part of the match, but inconsequential as it's during the ads, or a backstage segment which is generally also inconsequential). First ad block is about 10-15 minutes into the show I believe (don't want to skip back now in case it traps me out of going back to where I actually was watching without sitting through the multiple ad breaks in between yet again)
Background information:
- Exact URL: Friday Night Smackdown 03-04-2026
- Country: Netherlands
- Browser Firefox
- Addon-Version 1.1.92 (just updated to the latest version on Firefox, but no change)
- Save the console logs (Press F12) in a txt and upload them here with ctrl+v or dragging. Not Applicable
