[Issue]: Resume fails after M25 Pause to change fillament

What did you do?

The print has a pause for me to change filament. The pause is executed using the M25 command. Once filament is changed, I try to resume printing.

What didn't work?

Once resumed, the printer prints for a few minutes and then just stops with the Extruder not configured below.
