IRC mode doesn't block quirks client-side visually, causes lack of awareness on actual output

right = CB with IRC mode enabled, using a quirk for gradient

left = PR without IRC mode enabled, also using a quirk for gradient

(in other words; right = client, left = server)

I was using IRC mode to remove initials so i could do what is being done on the right for the ability to use multiple characters in one window
I didnt even know this until lumi pointed it out on discord

Yeah idk like I said in the discord still having colors on the sender-side for IRC mode was intentional, I thought it'd be more fun than if everything is just black. It says in the description in settings it doesn't send out any color tags.

Might make allowing colors in IRC mode a thing at some point since it's a pretty common request. Rn the https://github.com/Dpeta/pesterchum-alt-servers/tree/irc_with_color branch does that.

How about using mIRC colors when in IRC compatibility mode? Most clients support it.
