Dogebox install: Bug and Papercuts

This is a tracking issue for bugs and issue for the installation process of Dogebox from SD Card on the dogebox hardware.

First boot with SD:

• First stage install from SD to eMMC has no progress and only a vague message of expected time

First boot from eMMC:

• Need to wait an hour or more for the nixos build to complete after turning the machine on. The Install interface does run, but any changes either don't save or are broken
• Keyboard layout options don't match the available ones
• Reflector to obtain dogebox address needs an https connection to work (self-signed certs and mDNS?)
  • Error is CORS related
  • Works on dogebox.local mDNS resolved site, although the result from resolver is currently 404.
• Hostname selected in setup is not persisted
