Add decorative `hr` feature somewhere

Maybe in the (auto) illo dialog, where we have "decorative", we could also have "thought break" as an option, i.e. 3-way radio button:
Illustration/Decorative/ThoughtBreak

Thought Break would use hr (with background image?)
