When a LayoutAnchorable is dragged over a floated LayoutDocument, the OverlayWindow does appear, but only with the document drop targets. The anchorable can be dropped in as a tabbed document, but there is no target for docking it as a LayoutAnchorablePane to the left/right/top/bottom of the document, as there is in the main DockingManager.
It would be great if a floating document window offered the same guide set as the main window, so a tool window can sit beside a floated document instead of only sharing its tab well.
