Feature request: Docker compose setup guide

I would like to host Didact based on a docker compose file.

Great suggestion, I'll keep this issue open for now and will incorporate it into the docsite soon. In the primary release repository (DidactHQ/didact), I'm going to setup some CI/CD pipelines so that on each successful release, didact-cli, didact-engine, and didact-ui will automatically build and release new, official Docker images. So I expect the Docker compose steps will be pretty simple and will basically go like this:

1. Pull down the official, prebuilt Docker images from Didact itself.
2. Setup environment variables files as indicated on the docsite.
3. Run.

I'll update this issue once I get a chance to visit this part of the docs again very soon.
