make tasks to correct linting errors

All repos need to be checked for linting errors. Should linting be part of the CI, including in the pre-commit/pre-push with husky? We have subtasks but these are all assigned to hardhat-multichain and they need to be part of each repo if anything. Need to figure out if this is already completed as well.

The assignments here are wrong for the subtasks, each is for hardhat-multichain, and the overall issue shouldn't be assigned to the diamonds repo issues.

Each of these subtasks should be considering whether the linting process and eliminating all linting issues before commits/push should be part of the husky/ci gating process for each module.
