Remove Gitpod setup section from README

The README currently includes instructions and setup information for Gitpod. As the project is no longer leveraging Gitpod or we wish to simplify the setup, please remove all Gitpod-related content from the README file.

Tasks:

• Identify and remove any references, badges, or setup instructions related to Gitpod in README.md
• Ensure other setup instructions remain clear and accurate
• Update links or badges if necessary

This change will help keep the documentation relevant and uncluttered.

Hi ,

I reviewed the repository as requested to remove any Gitpod-related references from the README.
No Gitpod badges, setup instructions, or links were found — so no changes were required for that part.
While reviewing, I noticed some outdated or broken job site links and fixed them to improve the quality of the list:

Removed StackOverflow Jobs (service discontinued).
Removed GitHub Jobs (service discontinued).
Fixed CutShort link (cutshort.com → cutshort.io).
Removed Snaphunt (service discontinued).

This keeps the documentation clean, relevant, and free of dead links.
