Google Console will be migrated

As you can read here: https://developers.home.google.com/cloud-to-cloud/project/migration Google Console will be migrated to Google Home Developer console.

For sure the instructions need to be updated and most probably also the dzga implementation.

Could someone have a look on this please?

I don't use Domoticz/DZGA-Flask anymore.
But before I stopped using I made this instruction.
If anything else has changed after this I'm will not be able to alter the instruction.
