From the very beginning… when referring to actions on google console…

Google indeed changed some things @DewGew.
De old link is absolete to Google Actions.
It should be: Google Home Deloper Console

So let's start from the beginning then:
Use the Google Home Deloper Console to add a new project.
Press the "Create a project" button":

Make sure the user u are logged in with is the correct one.
When using multiple Google Accounts you need to select the correct one. You can find the user in the top right corner.

Now select an existing project and press "Import project" or click on "Create project":

Give your project a name, then click "Create Project":

You will now see:

Select on the left side Cloud-to-cloud and start at "Resources":

Now press in the right bottom for "Next: Develop"

Now press in the right bottom for "Next: Setup"

You will see next screen with setup.
Enter "Integration name" (example: "Domoticz")

Select all devices types you want to use:

Scroll down to "App branding" and upload an image. Be aware of the size (144x144) and format (PNG) and the filename (same name as the name of "Integration name" from previous step!

Scroll down to "Account Linking":

For Client ID: Just add som random name (example: "sampleClientId"), remember it and add it in DZGA-Flask UI under server settings (Actions on Google Client id)
For Client secret: Just add som random password (example: "sampleClientSecret"), remember it and add it in DZGA-Flask UI under server settings (Actions on Google Client secret)

Scroll down to "Authorization URL" and "Token URL"
Enter the Autorization URL and Token URL obtained from DZGA-Flask Wiki step "1. Installation" from for example NGROK.
