Missing devices.

I have added 2 Homewizard Energy Sockets to the room I have assigned to DZGA. Unfortunately, I don't see it in the device overview in DZGA itself after "Sync Devices".
Of the total of 21 devices in the used room, I only see 16 in DZGA. So I'm missing 5 of them, 2 of which are the ones from the Homewizard. The ones from Homewizard are the most important to me.
Can this be fixed and how?

Are you using a specific user? Are you using a specific room plan?

Check if the device are added to room plan and DZGA user

I use the same room plan and user with devices that are already working there. Of course, DZGA devices are also synchronized. In the room plan I have 25 devices. In DZGA I only see 16 of them. The devices I would like to have with it work under Zigbee. I already have working devices here.

Same issue here but with Shelly devices. Strange thing that I miss some devices which I also already have listed. For example: I have 6 Shelly Plus 2PM devices but I can only see 4 of them in DZGA Flask.

The current logging is not extensive enough to troubleshoot the issue.

This worked for me:
Not sure what the problem is, but I managed to fix a solution or actually work-around.
First log-out to DZGA Flask and close browser/tab.
Via CLI: "sudo systemctl stop dzga-flask"
Delete the "USERNAME.json" file in /DZGA-Flask/config folder.
(Re)Check the user in Domoticz and the selected devices.
Via CLI: "sudo systemctl start dzga-flask"
Go back to browser and open DZGA-Flask.
Login with own credentials.
Check the device tab in DZGA-Flask of all selected devices in Domoticz are populated in DZGA-Flask.
Press Sync button under Settings for extra sync from Domoticz and to Google.

Seems that the .json file is not updated when sync is requested.
Only deletion of *.json file seems to work to get new devices in the DZGA-Flask Dashboard.

Thanks for the possible solution.
I did what you suggested, but unfortunately it has zero effect. The number of devices will remain the same.
I call the json file Paul_devices.json. Removed it after stopping dzga. After starting, this file is there again, but with the recent date stamp. Also deleted the file while dzga was running and a sync done. Also to no avail. The number of devices remains the same.

Did you add the devices in Domonticz under the correct user? The user which is synced to DZGA-Flask.... I used the same user with the same room plan. There are 21 devices in it, and after the synch in DZGA-flask, there are still 16. Just like before I did your fix. For example, missing is the Homewizard P1 wifi and then "Current Power Usage".

strange.... Maybe you can try (if you already haven't done): Stop DZGA-Flask, then deleted the .json file then reboot you machine (Rapsberry Pi?) in total, restart Domoticz first, then restart DZGA-Flask, log back in to DZGA-Flask and run sync.   Additional (before reboot machine), in case of RPi update (https://krijnermerins.nl/raspberry-pi/update-raspberry-pi/) and execute update of DZGA-Flask: To update run installer again:   bash <(curl -s https://raw.githubusercontent.com/DewGew/dzga-installer/master/DZGA-Flask-install.sh)   Then check again. Unfortunately, all devices that I have added in the room plan in Domoticz are not yet added to the list of devices by DZGA. Homewizard P1 Wifi Power Usage for example still doesn't.

did you try roomnumber "0" (zero)? I don't work with roomnumbers, I created a user in Domoticz to which I have added devices which are synced to DZGA-Flask and so also those devices are synced with Google Home. When I started, I think I had to fill in a room plan in DZGA. But I followed your proposal not to fill in or to fill in 0. Now I suddenly have 30 devices in both ways. A doubling of what I had. I am pleasantly surprised by this. I can now also find those 30 in Google home. Unfortunately not yet the Homewizard P1.

As far as I'm aware off P1 devices are not supported. Why would like want to have a P1 meter device in DZGA-Flask? DZGA-Flask is intentionatly designed to give (voice) commands to Google.   What are u going to ask Google about your P1 meter?   As by test I added my own P1 meter (not HomeWizard) and this device type is not visible for me in DZGA-Flask. Ok, and will that be a question you are going to ask to Google Home?   I use Domoticz Dashboard for this kind of purpose/questions. I'm not aware of any use cases for this, checking the code I can't find anything which can handle this kind of device (P1 device).   Did you checken the section "Other devices (not supported devices)" in DZGA?
