Then I opened the app and almost died laughing.
Bro, what is this thing? I thought I downloaded a screen recorder, but somehow I got a pocket OBS, a video editor, a local server, remote control, AI evidence board, QR scanner, flashlight, speedometer, sensor dashboard, parking locator, and even a metal detector.
A METAL DETECTOR.
I was just trying to record my screen, not start a cyber investigation agency.
And the funniest part is that the free version already has a ridiculous amount of features, while Pro is mainly for custom icons and app names. That is so insanely funny. Most apps lock the useful stuff behind a paywall, but FadCam is like:
“Here, take the recorder, editor, server, tools, lab features, and half a spaceship for free. Pay only if you want to disguise the app icon.”
This project is absolutely unhinged in the best possible way.
It feels like the developer wakes up, thinks “this would be funny/useful,” and just adds it into the app.
