Questions about pacmanity and similar tools for other distributions

1. Does pacmanity work with Manjaro?
2. (Do you know:
   Is there a similar package that works with Debian or Ubuntu?
   Alternatively, is there a way to extract a list of installed packages for either distribution?
   )

(I am already using Manjaro on the desktop and also converting from Ubuntu to Arch / Manjaro for other systems.)
