Sorry to bother. Not sure if I should submit this as a PR or an issue but https://github.com/DeplanckeLab/ChromatinHD/blob/main/src/chromatinhd/models/pred/model/better.py comments out the torch_scatter import, but model training errors out - that is, the dependency is still visible. I had to manually uncomment the torch_scatter import in order to anything to work. Just FYI.
