Agricultural module - Implement prototype of agricultural module connecting it with ribasim

Document the complete call stack, i.e. sequence of function calls for the irrigation shared library. This should cover set up of an irrigated area, the simulation structure and timestep function calls. It identifies the specific functions within the kernels that are called and when they are called.
