This notice applies to personal data collected when contributors sign the TiMini-Print Contributor License Agreement (CLA).

The signing record may contain Your GitHub account, full name, email address, signature, signature date, CLA version, and identifiers of related pull requests or commits.
This data is used to verify who accepted the CLA, administer contributions, maintain reliable licensing records, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Processing is necessary to perform the CLA at Your request and for the legitimate interests of keeping accurate records of rights granted to the Project. Providing the required signing data is voluntary, but a Contribution for which the CLA is required cannot be accepted without a reliable signing record.
Signed copies are kept privately by the Project Owner and are not intentionally published. The email provider processes the message and attachment used to deliver the signed copy. GitHub processes the public account, pull-request, and commit information associated with the Contribution under the GitHub Privacy Statement. These providers may process data outside Poland or the European Economic Area under the safeguards described in their own privacy terms.
Signing records are kept for as long as Contributions or rights granted under the CLA may be used, and afterward where reasonably necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims or meet legal obligations. Removing public account information does not necessarily allow the underlying licensing record to be deleted.
Subject to applicable law, You may request access, correction, restriction, objection, portability, or deletion of Your personal data. Some requests may be limited where the record is needed to document the CLA or defend legal claims. You may also complain to the Polish data-protection authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, or another competent supervisory authority.
The signing process does not use profiling or automated decision-making.
