Environment
- Defguard Desktop Client: 2.1
- Host: MacBook Pro M4 Pro
- Virtualization: Parallels Desktop
- Guest OS: Windows 11 Pro ARM
The problem does not occur on a physical Windows 11 Pro x86-64 laptop.
Steps to reproduce
- Start the Defguard Desktop Client.
- Open a popup. The interface renders correctly.
- Suspend the Windows virtual machine.
- Resume the virtual machine.
- Open a Defguard popup again.
Actual behavior
The popup interface becomes difficult to read after resuming the VM. Closing and reopening the popup does not resolve the issue. Fully quitting and restarting the Desktop Client restores correct rendering.
See the attached screenshot.
Expected behavior
The popup interface should retain its normal appearance after the virtual machine is suspended and resumed.
Notes
This may be related to graphics rendering, DPI scaling, or display-context restoration after resume in Windows 11 ARM running under Parallels Desktop.
