What are you thinking for distribution?

• App Store on your own account
• App Store on another developer account? (I'm game, see https://www.gingerbeardman.com/apps/ for more)

Additionally

• Release unsigned .ipa for people to sideload via AltStore, appdb, etc

No App Store plans at this time — the complexity of maintaining a paid developer account and annual review cycles isn't worth it for a side project at this stage.

Unsigned IPA for AltStore / Sideloadly sideloading is the practical near-term option and matches how most hobbyist iOS tools distribute. That requires a CI step to produce an unsigned IPA and instructions in the README.

If there's sustained demand or someone with an active developer account wants to take on App Store distribution, that conversation can happen. For now, sideload is the path.
