The Agent is batching OTLP metrics in a way that makes our correctness rig fail. We believe there is a fix needed in Agent for this. In the meantime we have manipulated our millstone configs to send only N payloads, with an absurdly large core Agent batch size.
This issue serves as a placeholder to return these numbers to normal, realistic values when we have fixed the underlying problem.
