Video doesn't play and background is red (in Linux Mint 22.3)

When i apply a theme with sddm.sh (using the Qt5 option) and when i log out/restart my computer, it doesn't play the mp4, and instead, the background is red. The UI and everything works, but the video doesn't play.

Is there a way to fix this issue?

You must be lacking one of the dependencies, make sure have all the dependencies that I've listed installed and ready to go~

If you still can't fix it, try running "sddm-greeter-qt6 --test-mode --theme ~/qylock/themes/enfield (this will vary according to where u got qylock installed)
And it'll launch a test sddm mode just close it using ur system shortcut and send me the logs in the terminal
(The command will be sddm-greeter --test-mode if you're on qt5 version of sddm)

by the way, my theme is pixel-sakura and i tested the theme with sddm-greeter with sddm-greeter --test-mode --theme /usr/share/sddm/themes/pixel-sakura and here is the log (i had to alt+f4 the greeter because it would lag my computer):

Can you try enfield and send me it's logs as well?
If this was a dependency issue it is as supposed to be in these logs.
I'm rlly unsure rn.

i tried enfield using "sddm-greeter --test-mode --theme themes/enfield (inside the qylock folder) and it gave me a library import requires a version error. i tried also doing "sddm-greeter --test-mode --theme /usr/share/sddm/themes/enfield" and it made my pc lag just a few seconds later, i couldn't even alt+f4 (had to force restart). the logs were mostly the same though

before my issue of the screen being red, the backgrounds were normal. video still didn't play though. the backgrounds only began to be red when i decided to install kde plasma on mint (cuz i wanted to test it), and still is red after removing plasma.

i'm not sure if the issue mentioned in FAQ about plasma applies here

Try using sddm-greeter-qt6 instead of sddm-greeter

i only have the qt5 version of the sddm-greeter. sddm-greeter-qt6 will give me a command not found error
