Why should we take on this bounty?

I didn't originally see this bounty, but I am honestly most excited about this one. Out of all the bounties/projects, this one is what my passion is and everyone in the Education Guild of Emerald City. I have created a YouTube series that covers an intro to Cadence, which I believe is one of the only or the only Cadence educational series out there (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iVevnipJbHo&list=PLvcQxi9WyGdF32YuZABVTx-t3-FsBNCN2)

In addition, I have covered topics across the Flow ecosystem including FCL, creating DApps, etc. On my youtube channel, I have already covered how to create a Fungible Token (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yq_sUARMQ4E&t=1s), how to create a NonFungibleToken contract (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bQVXSpg6GE8&t), how to create your first DApp on both Testnet and Emulator (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hnmmkIIQDtU&t) so I have experience teaching these topics.

In addition, Emerald City has launched Emerald Academy (https://academy.ecdao.org), which is an educational platform on Flow. We are running bootcamps every month to teach people about Flow and Cadence. Our first bootcamp, which ran last month, taught an entire introduction to Cadence from no knowledge of programming to writing your own NFT contracts. We will continue this bootcamp and more advanced ones as time goes on.

If we could recieve any bounties, I believe we would especially rock this one given our reputation in the educational side of Cadence and our experience teaching these subjects. I also believe Emerald City taking on this task would be fantastic in the long run, since if Emerald Academy aims to be a educational platform or one-stop-shop for education on Flow, it naturally makes sense for us to build something like this out. In fact we have been planning on doing so even before seeing this opportunity :)

I also think Emerald City would be able to provide a well-defined route from learning --> building. The Emerald City Building Guild constantly has projects to work on for bounties of their own. Thus, if people go to our Scaffold repo and play around with some educational material, they can have direct access to all the building we're doing inside the Building Guild (FLOATs, a whitelisting tool, a token minter tool, an NFT voting platform, etc).

Product Requirements Documentation and Tech Spec

Create a simple 1-of-1 NFT
Create a fungible token
Create a fungible token staking contract
Create an NFT collection minting site
Well-organized and maintained documentation to help guide users through the specific projects outlined above

For the first one, does this mean creating an NFT contract? I have YouTube videos already covering this, so we would make progress quickly. And we will build out an online tutorial on a webpage walking through this process as well. In addition, the first bootcamp in Emerald Academy (https://github.com/jacob-tucker/flow-zero-to-jacob) has a thorough explanation of how to create an NFT contract like this.

For the other 3, if you have specific ideas in mind, it would be good to have a bit more descriptive explanation of what each would end up looking like, since there are many ways to mint an NFT, stake tokens, etc. Otherwise we will take this upon ourseleves to figure out the best way to teach them. For each of the projects, we'll have a GitHub repo that is already completed and allows the users to play around with the repo (like changing the name of the token, etc) to quickly get access to a production-ready DApp. Much like the ETH Scaffold example that was provided.

All of these example DApps will be on Flow Emulator with the option to go to look at an example on Flow Testnet as well.

In addition, we'll have tutorials for how we built all of those DApps so they can not only get quick access to a finish DApp, but a learning experience of how we made them.

Lastly, we will have a list of projects to get their hands dirty if they think they want to take on some Flow projects, all offered on behalf of the Building Guild in Emerald City.
