Live Progress Updates

At the moment, logs are only created / shown at the end of the experiment. Add an option to show output in Jupyter as it's being created. (Output from the RPyC server running on the Master node)

I think this name is confusing. Because the benchmark clients and the servers in the distributed system will be logging too. Maybe "live progress updates" is a better name?
